Saved Passwords in Internet Explorer & FireFox
Microsoft Internet Explorer
(version 5 and later) has a feature
that helps you remember passwords you need on Web-based
forms. If the feature is enabled, each time you
submit data in a form, the password is encrypted
and stored on your local machine. The next time
you need to enter that password again, IE will
try to complete that password field automatically.
Anyone
can extract all this information from the system
registry and use it against you. It is strongly
recommended that you always clean the AutoComplete
data after using Internet Explorer.
Easy SystemCleaner protects your
privacy and clears your saved passwords both in
Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox.
